If you like this comic then you can have a thumbnail of the first panel of the latest strip on your site, which is automatically updated. Like this:
Clicking on it will take you to the latest strip. It is much better than a static banner or button because it is dynamic and shows new content every day. The image is 128x128 pixels and the text is still just about readable.
